The Company shall not be responsible for any promises, representations, or commitments made by any individual, independent advisor, entity, Direct Seller, or distributor on its behalf, except those expressly stated in authentic brochures or on the official website www.genovaworld.com.  We also declare that no assurance or promise of income has been given by the Company or its Direct Sellers in relation to any product purchase made by customers. However, a Direct Seller will be eligible for sales incentives depending upon the volume of business generated by him/her, as per the Company’s terms and conditions.
