Cooling Off Policy
Genova Marketing Private Limited provides its Direct Sellers with a cooling-off period of seven (7) days from the date of execution of the E-Contract Agreement. During this period, the intending Direct Seller may reconsider his/her decision to participate in the Direct Selling business, which he/she has voluntarily chosen to join. Should the Direct Seller wish to rescind the E-Contract Agreement, he/she may do so without incurring any claim, liability, or legal action from either party to the agreement.
